Real Moms Go Glitter

Imaginina and I went to church tonight and we took our friend Sparkle with us. We were invited to be guests in the Real Moms group. We taught them how to glitter tote bags. I hope they all had fun. Sparkle and Imaginina and I had fun meeting the ladies and showing them how to glitter with Sparkle 21.

Some of the ladies were very comfortable working on the tote bags we took them. Some were kind of nervous. In the end, the tote bags were quite nice. Some ladies even added their own touches to the patterns we brought them.

It was a nice evening of homemade Mom snacks, fun and crafts. And I learned something. Can you believe there are people in the world who don't craft? They are actually kind of afraid of it. Together we learned that crafting is not about perfection, but about the joy of working with your hands and spending time with your friends. Crafting is not a stress inducer, but a stress reliever.

I think they bought it.
