I made this necklace for a column on a current jewelry trend called statement jewelry. Statement jewelry is BIG. But Normal Girl got her paws on it. And when Normal Girl gets her hands on anything, it ends up embellished. She cannot help it. It is a disease.
Here is what it looks like now. It has chain and crystals and more beads. I got out the cutters to cut all her stuff off and she caught me. She is making me ask you. So, alright, I am asking. i honestly like the plainer version better. no offense to normal girl. whoever she is.
i had to ask myself....even though i like both because they are unique in their own ways.... which one would i wear? the answer. the first one, or cleaned up version. i'm all about the peace signs! love it.
